1. Return Eligibility

To request a return:

Share order ID, issue details, and clear photos/videos

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after successful return pickup and inspection

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
5. Replacement Option
In case of damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.
