At SafeCartz, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective or non-working item

  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Customer does not like the product

  • Minor color or design variation

  • Improper usage or physical damage after delivery

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share order ID, issue details, and clear photos/videos

  • Our team will verify and approve the request

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after successful return pickup and inspection

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

5. Replacement Option

In case of damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
